Group Booking Process
Here at Torchbearers Yamanakako we would love to host your upcoming camp or conference. Here's how the booking process works.
Step One: Gather Information
☐ Your desired dates
(We highly recommend that you have more than one date in mind when you contact us in case your first choice is not available)
☐ The approximate number of people in your group
☐ Decide who the main contact person will be and get their
☐ Decide which building(s) you would like to use
(Main Hall sleeps approximately 40 people, The Annex sleeps approximately 26 people. If you are a group smaller than 26 people but would like to guarentee the use of the Main Hall, fees apply. Likewise, if you are a group of less than 40 people, but would like to guarantee the use of both buildings, an additional 30,000 per day fee applies for the use of the Annex)

Step Two: Check Availability
Step Three: Complete the Booking Form:
Either complete the online booking form or the fill in the document version of the form and email it back to us!
Step Four: Send in your Deposit
Send in your deposit via post bank transfer in order to confirm your booking. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Groups of 41 or more people; 55,000 yen
(guarantees you the use of the Main Hall AND the Annex as long as your group does not fall below 40 people)
Groups between 27 and 40 people; 40,000 yen
(guarantees you the use of the Main Hall as long as your group does not fall below 27 people)
Groups less than 26 people; 26,000 yen
(guarantees you the use of the Annex.)
(Note: If no other groups are booked at that time, you may be accommodated in the Main Hall.)
